Event Overview

The Harwich Cranberry Festival 50th anniversary will be a celebration for the ages.  The Harwich Cranberry Festival will be hosting their annual 2 day craft fair and CranJam Music event, this year featuring local bands (some featuring Harwich HS alumni). For this 50th Anniversary we will be bringing back carnival rides and staging a drone show.

The Harwich Cranberry Festival Drone Show will feature two hundred illuminated drones choreographed to music, lighting up the sky in a breathtaking visual experience. Sponsors will gain exposure to a large community audience and demonstrate their commitment to supporting arts, culture, and education in Harwich.

Sponsorship Levels

Platinum Plus Sponsor — $5,000 and above (4 available)

  • Corporate logo incorporated into the drone show performance (shown for 5-7 seconds at the beginning of the show.  (Especially detailed logos may be too difficult to render in drones, if so, the company name will be spelled out)

  • Color logo on event shirts, tote bags (back side), and all advertising.

  • Shoutout between live bands.

  • Ability to include promotional swag in tote bags.

  • Logo placement on event signage, website, and promotional materials.

  • Recognition during event announcements and media coverage.

Platinum Sponsor — $4,000 to $4,999

  • Color logo on event shirts, tote bags (back side), and all advertising.

  • Shoutout between live bands.

  • Ability to include promotional swag in tote bags.

  • Logo placement on signage, website, and marketing materials.

Gold Sponsor — $2,500 to $3,999

  • White logo on event shirts.

  • Name on all advertising materials.

  • Quick name mention between bands.

  • Single-color logo on tote bags (back).

Silver Sponsor — $1,000 to $2,499

  • Colored logo on “Thank You” banner.

  • Name mentioned with all sponsors before the drone show.

 

Bronze Sponsor — $100 to $999

  • Name displayed on “Thank You” banner.

Weather and Rescheduling Policy

The drone show is a weather-dependent event.

  • No rain date is scheduled for 2026

  • In the event of cancellation due to weather, high winds, or any unforeseen circumstance, the show will be rescheduled to Saturday September 19, 2027

  • All donations are non-refundable.
